so maybe today i didnt go to school. it was the boston marathon. and i'm not crazy. they DO run right past my school. BUT...
i DID do a good deed today.
coming back from my mom's i was driving past my work, and i saw the food-court girl stranded on the roadside next to her car. i drove on and decided if i didnt turn around i wouldnt be able to sleep at night. she's a nice person.
so i go back. and i helped her. i pushed the car onto a nearby side street out of traffic while she steered. (she's recently had a baby, i wasnt about to make her push the car, i DO have a soul). and i waited with her until her mom came.
her mom said thank you. she said thank you.
i felt warm and fuzzy.
i still feel warm and fuzzy.
i'm trying to be good.
and is it just a coincidence that the world's strongest man contest is on tv now that i'm home???? i think not.
a good deed never goes unrewarded.

wherever there is engine trouble...i'll be there...
wherever thre is a flat tire and a dumbfounded carriage boy...i'll be there
and whenever they need money...i'll be in the andes tagging sheep.
